My  massage session is done on a massage table using heated unscented lotion or oil. The pressure can be relaxing to deeper work depending on what is beneficial. Goals are to improve circulation and decrease inflammation and pain. I also include stretching when necessary. 

 Upon request I can incorporate FREE amenities:

• hot/cold stones 
• cups 
• heated theragun 
• essential oils 
• medicinal oils 

For the remainder of the 2023 school year I offer a 15% off for those with school IDs.
